Yesterday I got an interview. They called me to come around 2pm to 5pm and they said "don't be late". Therefore, I went there on time and when I got there, the offce already has 2 girls wait inside. I filled a form and they ask me to read a book of their rules of the position and rules of the company, and they ask you to finish all of it in a hour. After 1 hour, there has 3 more girls arrived. We siting in a room with nothing (only seats, tables and people) and wait...
This time I get there is around 2:20pm, when I finish filled a form and reading is around 3:30pm, n.... Keep wait..., keep wait... Still no one coming.... It's really funny, because they told you there will have an interviwer - manager Ye, but I wonder the manager still remember he got the interviews? Because until 5:30pm, still no body. In that time start to thinking give up this interview chance..., you know, you are in a room with no water, no toilet, no magazine, and they asking you no talking and no cellphone... what will you do?
The funny thing is when I open the rules of the company (I am not joke, it got 25 pages, really is a book), the first rule is "Time is Money"... n... interesting.... I believe that, too. But, yes, but... in your opinion, you are late in this interview (not only me, but all 6 interviews), is that because you busing in make money? How about our time? You are already late in 5 hours(I mean in the total time that I wait)!!! Our time isn't important? Isn't the money, too? I mean, I could use this afternoon find another job, maybe got another chance of interview, mabe find a nice job. Even read a book!!! But I waste whole afternoon, siting here, doing nothing. If you knew you will be late, you should send some one tell us what is happening? However, you just let us wait.
In around 6:30pm, has 2 gilrs leave, they told us, they don't want wait any more (me too). About 7:00pm, the mamager Ye finally shows up. Ask first girl for an interview, but only uses 15 minutes! (Did him really ask something?) But the 2nd girl uses about 1 hour for the interview... (and sounds very happy inside). Finally, finally it's my turn, less than 15 minutes! Wow! So fast!
In the interview room is really, really, really... er... respkendent and wildness (?)...??? OK, don't know what I mean? Let me explain for you. The decoration of the room really different than normally you saw any room or business offices, specially use for interview. The adornment, er... I would like to know who design this room??? Here is what I saw (I really wannt take a photo, but I can't do it):
The wallpaper is pattern of Leopard with 1 cm long fluff;
There has 3 Sofas:
1st one for 2 person's sofa has the pattern of Tiger with 1 cn long fine hair, the leg of the sofa is in golden color and in Classical French style.
2nd and 3rd one both for 1 person sofa, and they has the pattern of Snake and Crocodile.
The carpet is the animal skin of Clpuded Leopard ( I wonder is real or not).
The table is 4 big and Evil Cobras, and in their months have a pice of glass(and that is the table).
The light is a strange black naked baby head, again... very occult feeling.
Can you find the second room like this in Taiwan? I don't think so.
When I geting there, I really want told him, I don't want any more interview, special in this kind room.... That's really scared you. So dark, so unusual and queer room. Believe me, even the male, they won't wnat to stay in there. It's looks like some kind of horror movie place....
Anyway, when I get out there already 7:30pm, so tired.... They told me this only the first interview, there will be second interview, I wonder I still got the patient and courage to have the second interview. And I don't want work in this kind of company either.
